Zinith was released for PC a few years ago, this trailer is from a few years ago as well. I don't think there are plans to port it to DC, rather I interpret the slogan on their website of "Make the games you wish to see on the dreamcast" as making games in a dreamcast inspired style, rather than literally making games for the DC. Would love to be proven wrong though.
