To put things into perspective, Völgarr the Viking was 2D and I loved it.

There's 2D, and then there's 2D. If you know what I mean.

Thank you.
Work is ongoing now nonstop to get it finished.

There will be another Kickstarter with a stronger showing this time. This Kickstarter will help the project, but won't stop it for materialising if it fails again.

Also Dreamcast version is going to happen, I am very interested in the challenge of doing it, and also would love to see what repercussions the optimisations on the Dreamcast version will have on the PC one.

Hi everyone;

I would like to show some new progress pictures.
Showing mission 4 boss, also more pictures on the website.

The task ahead is huge but the game is progressing step by step towards completion one day.

I wanted to share a WIP of Shadow Gangs, showing here boss Freddy.

Still not polished, very buggy, no proper sounds or effects, and many sprites of Dan here will be changed (walk animation and anything which doesn't look good).
Also Video quality is not great, I made it with an underpowered laptop.

But I wanted to share with you this to show this game is progressing.

Hope you like it!.

Thank you.
It's buggy, lacking sounds (Freddy will talk in the final version, including attacks invocations), and many fixes and sprite replacement will happen. (for example walk and idle animation for Dan), and more.
But just to show that this game is still on development and will be getting better and bigger.
