Shenmue Prima Guide prayer!!

Hey all, I haven't been around here for a few years, think I posted a year or two ago and explained how things had changed in my life a lot over the past few years, long story short I've divorced, moved home, living with my fiancée and currently expecting our first child together!

Obviously life being the way it is, I have managed to misplace or essentially throw away things that I probably shouldn't have or didn't want to. Looks like this is the case with my Prima Shenmue guide for Dreamcast.

I was wondering if anyone had a PDF copy or would know where to find one? I've been googling for 2 days now with nothing to show for it.

If anyone has a physical copy they would be willing to sell, or a pdf/electronic copy, please let me know. I got the re-released versions on xbox one and its got me feeling nostalgia vibes again!
