PlayStation Modded Games

I'm interested if anyone knows of any good modded PlayStation games. I'll have a chip in my PS1 soon, so I won't have to mess with disc swapping anymore, so I'd like to know what's out there. For example, the modded Resident Evil with the uncensored cinematics or the translated version of Snatcher. Anything in that vein.
