Grandia 2, Skies of Arcadia too though I haven't played it myself yet.

Kao the Kangaroo is a neat little 3D platformer, similar to Croc or Rayman, you might want to check this one out.
Chu Chu Rocket, if you still don't have it!
Aqua GT and Stunt GP, if you like this kind of racing stuff. Not stellar titles, but enjoyable.

PBA Tour Bowling 2001. It is unreleased, but you can download it and play it online.

You should also add a Raspberry Pi to your list if you want to play online games. See the online list at Dreamcast-Live.com (click on games tab). Over there you will find anything you want to know in plain terms on how to get online (click on connection guide).

Didn't see Cannon Spike in your list. Must have for me

The Dreamcast has an excellent line up of games. I would recommend Worms World Party. Its a great multiplayer game.
