Yeah, I've seen that before. No idea who made it but they kind of stole a lot of stuff from DC Live when it comes to the game list and connection guide.

Nice site, Just want whoever owns it to know it didn't work on dreamcast browsers as it says it does.

In addition to it not working on a real Dreamcast and a bunch of stuff being plagiarized from DC Live, the whole site (though stylish) is just a bunch of regurgitated information from all over the internet.
While neat to look at and the level of polish is commendable, it doesn't serve a real purpose.
