Sega Rally 2 widescreen code help

Can anyone confirm if the widescreen "Codebreaker" code

Sega Rally 2 NTSC-J 02DB9BA0 3F400000

for Sega Rally 2 Japan version, actually works (of course real console and actual game disc)?
It doesn't seem to work.

I can tell you without checking that none of the code will work.
this is a WINCE game, access to RAM is not possible

So on every WinCe games, the widescreen codes are not possible?

there are also other WINCE games that have codebreaker widescreen codes like

Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (UK) PAL 02B75E28 3EC00000

so even that will not work? (don't have the game right now so I can't test it)
