i could respond to this in a completely inflammatory way.
but after years of doing various dc projects and releasing them to the public, i am used to it.
i choose to respond differently.
here it is..
this undub is now outdated.
if you want a complete full shen undub download kogami's version @ shenmue dojo.

kogami actually modified the subtitles for every character in the game = full undub.
my version was done completely different.
i compiled audio from the jp version and meshed it with the pal game.
in doing so pal and jp have entirely different speech files between them.
some are missing, some are differently named etc.
i spent months compiling new files for the undub.
eventually i made a simple script to dummy out files that were not in the pal version.
doing this method causes more than half of the free speech to work with quirky subs.
it was hard enough to get the game not to crash after modifying files.
as far as the cutscenes go they are 98 percent complete.
if i can remember there are only a handful of speech missing from cutscenes.
