Wait hold up I just booted Evil Twin via Codebreaker without putting in any of those codes and its natively forcing 60hz. hmmm

Maybe VGA does so automatically, and it only matters with inferior connections?...

It works with s-video as well. Same thing booted with Codebreaker without any codes. Only thing odd is my tv won't specify the input resolution like it always does, but it does seems to work
