Hey guys I literally just signed up to say awesome job getting the Netlink going

Im one of the longest members over at the Official Saturn Netlink League forums and a mainstay on the Saturn forums.

I never thought we would see the Netlink working at all on anything but Analog again so this is great. Ill be trying to set this up in the coming weeks.

I even made 2 Youtube vidoes over 8 years ago showing off real Analog Netlink matches (before my area got rid of the analog lines sadly)

Bomberman:

Duke Nukem:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRDT1WlTNxw

Funny thing was there was absolutely no lag with the Analog signal, but even a little lag is ok as long as its playable.

This could really be something that gets the Netlink forum back up again if its improved upon even more.

Thanks! Not sure why I haven't sighed up here before as I love the Dreamcast too and DC Online. Better late than never.

It has all the links changed to either archived websites or dreampipe sites. It also includes xiden Voip guide built in complete with lots of pictures! Would have loved to have done version 4.0 but it turned out to be impossible. will also update it as time goes on with new links ect if dan make a saturn section. Also is hacked with jap and us region encoding

Going to add your attachment to the guide in a new "Utilities Section"

Finally connected with hawkzer0 for some good Sega Rally and Virtual On matches. Thanks Hawk!

Also, I think the upstream connection is going to be the bottleneck in this setup. Mine kind of sucks in terms of latency/jitter especially at night. Every time Xiden and I try at night the results are pretty poor. So, check your connection at different times of day! :)

I've been building a Saturn setup from scratch the past couple weeks, (the Saturn showed up in the mail yesterday, haha) I'll be needing someone to test/play with soon... I have most of the games ready to go: Virtua On, Daytona USA, Duke Nukem, Saturn Bomberman and Sega Rally Championship (via Pseudo Saturn, very easy to flash an Action Replay card!)... my next step is to set up the Netlink/VOIP! :D
