you should scan some of the threads about connection problems and see if you can find one that describes your situation.. or make your own thread.. also.. often there are people in the chat that are willing to help a fellow DCer get online...

I was in the other game with a first time ever player, Retrojaner! He went from level 1 to 5 on the first go.
