No, modem only.

It bypasses the Dricas authentication.

Not during the matches but you can chat in the lobby. It's the exact same lobby chat as ChuChu Rocket.

It supports up to 4.

When I try to view the website homepage the game boots me out to the Dreamcast Homescreen and I cant logg into the Dee Dee Planet Account I just made the game says I have a wrong password, even if I make a new username with password
