It does not since Android would likely be implemented with a modified Tegra 3 desinged to run parrallel with a NEC Power VR 5GX GPU.

I mistook this for the other Post earlier that was specifically directed at PC's. Again, The Tegra 3 IS a GPU and CPU, so adding another GPU onto it would be both redundant and frustrating for developers especially with the architectural differences between the 2, not to mention siphons more power than needed.
