Need help on some texts focusing on the type of OpenGL for Dreamcast and Compiler

Hi everyone! I'm not sure if someone has asked this before, but I'm starting to write my own engine from scratch and it would help to know some reading materials for Kallistios' version of OpenGL, since most modern OpenGL tutorials focus on features not ported to it. I'd also like to know more about the gcc compiler and it's flag setup as I'm more used to IDE development in Visual Studio, and am a beginner to barebones hardware compilers. Are there any good materials for this? I'd prefer books so I don't get lazy and just copy and paste source code because it's how I learn. I know there aren't any books on dreamcast development, but maybe there are some on the version of OpenGL.

Can anybody help me?
