I think you guys are mixing up the US and PAL demo discs. There were more UK demo discs than US and the order of the games was different. Perhaps it might help to state which region they're from.

Yes, you are right the Volume number depends on whether it's PAL or NTSC.

I had a look at the tutorial provided by ShindouGo and it seems overly complicated just for 2 demos - just wondering if there's an easier method to just extract one demo and make a bootable .gdi image out of it? That'd be easier and more straight to the point.

Has anyone managed to simply play a demo with GDEMU? For me they just instantly show the DC swirl then boot to the BIOS/home screen.

EDIT:

I have found another archive "TOSEC Samplers" and they work from this archive.
