ive update the files for the phone riddle here is it along with srt if you want to inject subtitles to videos in any other language exept english

yeah the undownsample. although snowaria say that the phone code in reina gameplay is give away in original as well i will check it.

I see some subtitle .srt files in your patch, what have you modified from v1.3 please ?
How can I inject them in the game, I don't see any .srt file in v1.3 files ?...

Else I'm looking for a gdi fo the game (original or english patch) please.

I find the iso and I'm repack the game with 1.3 translation patch and your Y1.CSV dear @truemaster1.
There is how to inject srt subtitles left.

ah how to inject the subtitles in the sfds that is detailed on obscuregamers. keep in mind you need clean (not already translated) sfd from the japanese game
