I'm going to ask can GS2 Nemesis be brought over to Code Veronica? Or would he be within that Texture Heavy Load for him to work?

Well since the bone structure for enemies is already decoded problably this would be possible but some testing will have to be done.

Nice. I downloaded the room packs as well as Noesis and it works very well. I then exported some of the rooms to .fbx with Noesis and successfully imported them back into Maya.

Also, I can see that some textures have an alpha channel for transparency and are therefore 32bit, but the alpha channel doesn't seem to work as expected inside Maya for some reason. I will try later with a default lambert or blinn. (Maya imports the scene and assigns Phong materials as default). Did you convert the texture files from .pvm's to .png's yourself ? Transparencies display just fine in Noesis.

Overall it's all very well and good and workable from my end.

DC cv handles 24 bits images and some 32 bits ones, the alphas work well in noesis but there could be issues in some renderers due the png format, you can convert them to tga to force them to have alpha channel, png generally dont contain alpha channel but contain data of non existent pixels in the image wich traduce as alpha, i convert them using pvr2png.exe tool, you can also manually add the same png image as alpha source in your software and adjust its settings.
