I'm not much of a composer, so I'm leaving that to someone who actually has the talent, experience and equipment. But other than that, you are spot on!mazonemayu wrote:Are you the sole creator of this game, it say you're doing...well everything yourself. Isn't that incredibly hard, I mean those are a lot of technical skills you need: progging, drawing sprites, composing music, etc...

Re: Intrepid Izzy
Hello again!
I've recorded some gifs of the game in action. They are quite heavy, but the spoiler tag doesn't seem to work so apologies in adavance to anyone with a slow connection.

Enjoy!

Re: Intrepid Izzy
Better, actually! Some quality was lost in the conversion to gifs. The Dreamcast also has its limitations, but generally speaking the colors should be better (gif = 256 total, DC = 256 per texture) and the frame rate much higher (about 25 fps for the gifs, DC = 50 or 60 fps).segata sanshiro wrote:This is a work of beauty! I've attached a screenshot that shows exactly what the game currently looks like on the Dreamcast. Note the difference in color, especially in the rocks in the background.
Thanks! It always makes me very happy when people notice such details!DCGX wrote:Nice scrolling!

To be honest, I never used to notice it much until I started watching Game Sack. They point it out a lot in games. But once you do pay attention, it can make a huge difference.
