What difficulty are you playing the game on? I find Dr. Erode to be much more difficult to deal with than both versions of Valgas in the first game. And yet I find the Pharaoh Walker to be much easier as a sub-boss than Kraken.Raen wrote:Power Stone 2 is easier than the 1st one, I'll give it a shot.

Re: Dreamcast Live Competition #24 - Power Stone 2
On 4, the default one.
I agree that the Pharaoh Walker is much easier as a sub-boss than Kraken (which I find a little bit hard but after a while you get to know how to defeat him and dodge his attacks), but man, I find Valgas to be extremely hard, as the bastard barely gives you any change of grabbing the stones, and even if you do, I can only defeat him after 3 or 4 successful power attacks (the final Valgas form is relatively easy though).
Maybe it's because I grew up playing Power Stone 2 while I only got to play the first one a couple of years ago.
Concerning PS2, the final boss level is insane when it comes to accumulating money, the wooden dolls after defeated drop high quantities of it and if you keep hitting Dr. Erode he will drop coins like a fountain next to his left harm
Do I have to register on http://dreamcast-talk.com/live/ and create a profile page with this info? Or I just have to post the shot here or send it to the referred e-mail?

Ok, but is it really necessary to say what games we own? Even if you don't own an original, you can play using a backup/rip of those games on the list, so everyone should theoretically own all those games.

You don't HAVE to but it's just part of your profile. You technically don't have to have ANY information on your profile but it will look quite empty without it. It's mainly so people can see what kinds of games you like and so I can get an idea of how many people might be participating in a particular competition (I find people are much more likely to participate if they actually own a game. Sure they can burn it but I find that most of the time they don't). I'm only counting games that you actually own on your profile, not burnt games. It's up to you if you want to or not.Raen wrote:Ok, but is it really necessary to say what games we own?
