Competition #36 - Rippin' Riders (Ended)

I noticed (maybe you've already done it) that when holding down jump while approaching a trick point, you cant steer the player, but instead accumulate momentum for rotation while performing the trick in the air... kinda like in real life, very different from other snowboard games. So the real trick is to judge for how long to hold the button and the stick in the direction you want to rotate, so the rotation finishes with the board facing forward (or if you're doing a forward flip, land on your feet), because you cant steer in the air, when successful the score is pumped up quite a bit. Its very weird and kinda frustrating at first, but i actually like it, its fresh and dangerous.

Do you guys have other tips, you would like to share?

I didn't even realize they had different moves! Not that I'd notice since I basically just mash a bunch of buttons hoping he'll do something cool.

I think I'm finally getting the hang of this! Managed a score of 9,213! I edited the a couple of the achievements as I think they may be impossible.
