Improved graphics for the mine level. These are screenshots from the HD version obviously, but I'll post some genuine Dreamcast stuff soon.

And yes, the lighting effect from the glowing plants is also present in the DC version.

Once you view the pic in full resolution, you (at least i couldn't) can't tell a difference anymore... Viewing the thumbnail i would've said the same as you..

Otherwise: looks great, good job on those details...

The rock pattern in the background was not changed in any way. Perhaps it only seemed brighter because some other parts were darkened in the new version?
