The image on my TV when connecting the Dreamcast through an upscaler via VGA is a bit shamy on my 4K LG TV. I'm using a geberic upscaler and retrobit VGA cords.

Sorry about your problem, gokaiblue. It's tough to say what could have gone wrong but I do know Adam Koralik has videos about this.

VGA/SCART:
The Hanzo and Toro boxes are featured. This one is good and has a nice array of all of the alternatives to correctly support the VGA/RGB aspect.
