I think only the host does, as they must be able to accept incoming traffic on port 5060 or whatever they specify. However I haven't fully proven that, but im 90% sure that's the case. We can test that theory this weekend if you'd like.

Virtual Fighter, Sonic R, Sonic 3D blast, Virtual On, Sega Rally, and Daytona USA I think have pretty dang good sound tracks if you are wanting to do Video game music.

The saturn can playback Au, Aiff, and wav files. However I can't find much on sites that are ideal for trying it out. Here is a site where the playback feature works best http://www.moviesoundscentral.com/
I wonder if later sounds can be implemented into the netlink zones or dreampipe bb.

i have a Sega.aiff sound from the old sega 90s site i can add to netlink zone and see if it plays back. I figures it would just cause thats when saturn was relevant
