what do you guys think? Good collection? Being in the PAL region I haven't picked any imports up. I have the cheat cartridge that should allow me to play imports but have never been brave enough to buy Radiant Silvergun to try it lol

The Saturn is my favorite gaming system. Its not my favorite due to what I own, or the games it has, or the graphics or sound or style, its my favorite due to the fact that I've had the most fun, joy, and happiness come out of that 32bit forgotten box.

I've been revising my game collection and trying to reduce everything down to around 10 games per system... With my sega stuff, I'm struggling to choose which 30 games per system are worthy of keeping... With my saturn, I'm still around 50.

I can't make a top picks list, its my favorite system. I could just list my (ridiculous) library and say that those are my top picks.

Sounds like a fun system.

I've never owned a Saturn but am getting quite interested the more I read up on them. I can see RE, D and Tomb Raider games listed but am unsure about the rest of the games. Are there any more adventure, horror or RPG's that I should know about ?

Can you hook Saturns up to the Tv using S-Video or even component ?

What should I be looking to pay for one and the games I listed ?

The games you listed are not at all expensive. A system can be very cheap too, you should just make sure to pick up an "action replay 4 in 1" cart, as it allows you all the benefits of a modded system except for readng backups. The cart is not necessary, but wihout it you are really going to miss out on a lot.

I can give you a run down of good games, the problem is most people like the specific games due to nostalgia, because honestly the system didn't do 3d games very well, and was never optimized to max performance by 2nd party publishers.

I'd say deep fear is a pretty awesome Saturn game, i could never finish it but loved it all the same. Panzer Dragoon has to be the best RPG on the platform, Macabre what the hell is Metal Black?? I've never heard of that.

The games I've listed are probably about the best, or at least the best from the PAL region, I'd love to hear of some more worthwhile titles to add to my collection

I have a weakness for shmups, this is my favorite one ever, best horizontl/scrolling one. The Saturn has some of the.best and hardest...and most expensive... shmups.
