Need help identifying a Dreamcast game

Post by WWEDX2007 »

All the way back in 2002, I played a mech game on Dreamcast, I remember the level I was playing being in the desert, and I think one of the missions was to protect the White House (or something that looked like it)

My memory is fuzzy, but I recall having to kill a number of other mechs by shooting them with blasters from your mech.

Not sure about the White House part but otherwise it sounds a lot like Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram. In case you're accidently thinking of two different games, Alien Front Online has a Wasington DC level with the White House.

I think you're right. The alien vehicles could definitely be mistaken for mechs now that I think of it and the beach level could be the "desert" he's thinking of.

My vote goes to Alien Front Online as well... Definitely not Slave Zero, nor Gundam.
