The official "SEGA" logo now appears in the trademarkia link as a in commerce use image. This indicates that the trademark has been licensed and will be either registered or published. I noticed the logo over the weekend, this means SEGA will defintely meet the deadline & that the mark won't suspended. All this time, the logo wasn't in the mark, now it is.

Stu is correct here about there being no new confirmations.

But MrSega the patent being updated does sound cool

@SegaNews. I checked the RingWide & RingEdge board marks, the SEGA logo also appears in both of them as well!

So thats a good sign.

There's now reason to believe that KIDS PAD IPs will also be avalible on SD ROM cards in addition to digital download IPs.

Thats a good question, since SegaToys haven't even announced the thing yet, or revealed the specs and how it will look.

As for the games it seems that SegaToys are planning some excellent titles for the Kids Pad, according to the commerce use section, however Sega's brand is no longer listed there. Hmmm
