Is it just as simple to get PSO online on the GameCube using DreamPi as it is on the DC using DreamPi, apart from having to enter the DNS?

Really exciting news for people who want to get their GC online with PSO.

Huh, last I heard people were unable to get this to work and were trying to develop their own version of Dreampi for the Gamecube specifically. But I guess it looks like it's both possible and easy to do with just a regular Dreampi. That's cool.

It's not very practical when you can buy a Wii for about the same price as a Gamecube modem and play PSO online with that, but still cool.

To play on the wii requires a bit of messing around but with the GC, modem and DreamPi it (should) be plug and play.

I’ll be buying a GC modem and GC PSO to test it out.

I bought a PAL 56k GC modem for my PAL GC, plugged it straight into DreamPi and it works!

I had to register my serial and access codes with Sylverant first but once I did that it connected no problem. Levelled my character up and another player joined me too!
