It refuses to run in 60hz for me, any help? I have a Japanese DC and US CRT.

When I try to play it it will show a brief "Press Y for 60HZ" option and go away before I can press it, even if I spam Y it won't go into 60 and I can't play it.

Do you play with a hdmi cable or perhaps even vga ? If so you don't need to worry about 60hz 50hz
