How can I create 0GDTEX.PVR for GDIs correctly???

Hello friends, I am very new to this Sega Dreamcast custom and homebrew scene and I would like to know how I can correctly create the 0GDTEX.PVR while preserving the transparency of the images. Every time I try to create one I get no transparency, I've tried PVR tools and PVR Viewer, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I would also like to know how to preserve transparency when editing .PVR game textures (for translation purposes).

Did you ever figure this out? I got my GDEmu in the mail today and some of the art bothers me, or is missing. It's green where the png was transparent.

Here are my scripts for doing it fairly quickly, I also include every retail pvr for every region including ones i fixed and custom ones i made for all the missing pvr's.
