Downloads for emulators patched to load games from SD card?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to downloads for emulators that have been patched to load games off the SD card? I am interested in NES, Gameboy and Genesis. I have the SNES V2 SDISO release by Anthony817 already. I know Megavolt made a version of Gens4all that loads from the SD card but I can not find the link for it. I am not sure if anything for the NES/Gameboy was done or not.
