Its not. Michael Pricthard made it very clear it will be an anniversary only event being released in 2011 only Qoute: "We are not bringing Sonic Generations to the Wii U, if we were to design a Sonic game for Wii U, it would be built from the ground up."

As for the arcade report, we should stand by it. Nothing about what SEGA will show at JAMMA has been revealed yet at all.

MistaBuck I agree. It would seem like SEGA will annouce the new arcade machine when VF 5 Final Showdown is dated for PS3/360, so if VF5 FS is annouced at TGS, the new board will be revealed at TGS!

Also, people you need to understand that SEGA has NOT released any details,no schedule nothing about what will be revealed at JAMMA which is only less than two days away! If nothing, not even a single new arcade game for RINGWIDE and RINGEDGE is shown at JAMMA, then SEGA has decided to tie its JAMMA events in with its TGS press conferences.

That's what I think the Stringer Report is saying.
