Delete Button for Double Posts

After having the delete button removed for a while due to users abusing the privilege; I have decided to reinstate the feature in some form. I realize that double posts are an issue, so the delete post button is back... but the delete timer is limited to 60 minutes after the post is submitted. This should allow for you to remove accidental posts and double posts. So after 60 minutes the posts will remain only editable. If you need something removed after that time period, report the post as usual.

The delete post icon is an x button in the bottom right of the post box.

EDIT Just look at that little 'x' in the corner. Isn't it adorable... ^^
