Hey guys,

Finished a few hardware mods. I think it came out great, figured i'd share here

Before


SD card addon board


Installed and attached interface board


Reassembled. I ended up burning off the contact point for the black wire of the access led. Which sucks but its a minor inconvenience and nobody's perfect


Case mod came out neat and tidy. The hole for the access light was neatly placed also


After. I also installed a blue led and bought a PAL emblem from someone over at assembler. Same with SD interface


I'm pretty happy with the result. It was worth the few hours of soldering. I might add more in the future too

That red and black wire look horrible. At least insulate them with some tape.

It was my first go at wiring lol i figured i could test without tape

Looks nice once its all done =)

Thanks, i honestly don't know why the blue led + blue swirl wasn't stock. It's hard to look at the orange swirl/led now lol

Agreed, the orange has grown on me though
