Get a second used router from the junk bin and connect it to the main router.

I never have this issue unless I run an antivirus w/or cookie cleaning program. Otherwise I stay logged in. Could it be a browser people are using? I use Firefox myself.

@tanked I think you need to set up the IP settings on the Dreamcast itself first as it doesn't do DHCP. Should be able to set it from a web browser. Are you using a broadband adapter or is it a dreampi setup?

This information can be found in connnections in your home's router firmware. There are too many brands of routers to account for, so you will have to work part of it out for yourself to access. Usually look up the brand, model, and default admin user/password.
For example: most router firmwares are accessed throught the web as 192.168.0.1
