i also just sort of getting the hang of setting the DNS for things in the dreamcast
Was able to get a server list in quake 3 lol heard thats...

Most CDIs are selfbootable. They don't need a bootdisc to run, nor your console needs a modchip. Just burn the CDI with discjuggler or alcohol 120%...
