Have you ever showed your gf your dreamcast collection

Assuming that everyone here are mostly guys. Have you ever showed your gf your dreamcast stuff? I have quite a collection now and I can only imagine the weird looks my girlfriend would give me if I showed her my addiction to outdated tech.

Obviously since we live together she knows what I do, But I don't think she quite fathoms what it exactly is, as she always talks about me and my playstation or me and my xbox (I own neither ).

On the other hand I don't understand a thing of that alternate universe she spends most of her time, it's called fashion or dressing or something...

Mine is in a weird way proud of the entire collection because shes always comparing her friends Boyfriends collections to it in a weird way, but again she doeskin really get it either.

Either way, she knows its a lifelong obsession.

Care to explain the difference between the two? I mean I live with this woman with whom I have a child, but we're not married, so she's my girlfriend. Now how exactly would my life change if I were to marry her...

It sounds as though she is your wife you just dont have a piece of paper to say that she is. It was a light hearted remark and should be treated as such not trying to offend any long time girlfriend's out there. Again the above remark isn't meant to offend.

I'm not offended buddy, just curious. It's just that over here we kinda keep the gf/wife thing strictly separated on the basis of that piece of paper.

I don't know anyone who uses the term "wife" when he is not married...maybe it's a cultural thing
