Hi. In the case of Gamecube games on a good 30" LCD, gaming around 3 to 4 feet away, on look and feel do you prefer:

1) on Wii a with sharper 480p (using component cables) and more defined textures but very prominent aliasing or
2) on component cable, less sharp, lesser defined texture but has lesser aliasing?

3) on Dolphin in 720p or above with razor sharp textures and zero aliasing.

Depends on the game. I'm currently playing GTA V with no Anti-aliasing, however I will try to add that filter onto anything I own.

Thanks. 720p that's using the Wii2HDMI adapter right? This adapter eliminates the aliasing then although it's just scaled up 480p? Should I have my Wii component cable exchanged for a Wii2HDMI (and then any HDMI cable is good enough is it)?

You can only render games at 720p or higher by using Dolphin. Real hardware can't render games above 480p.

Hi. Dolphin emulator on 720p it's beautiful:-)

I wish engineers who like consoles like Kevtris or the Hanzo guys hacked things for the Gamecube too not just the NES that there is a way to make the Gamecube more powerful and somehow mod the GC to connect DIY HDMI cable so it looks as clean on HD TV while still having that console experience (on the couch or bed).
