DEFINITELY Pulseman, as an early Game Freak (you heard that right. GAME FREAK) title, and a PLATFORMER to boot it's an AMAZING game. it's Japan-exclusive, but is 100% in English. there's even some bit-crushed English v.o.!

May be easier to look at some of the devs at the time Treasure and Konami were great I don't think anything they made were bad. been playng Crusaders of Centry and enjoying it
