Soccer game name PLEASE HELP

Hi to everyone! I just wanted to ask for a game title that I cant remember And Had no luck on pricecharting nor Google...
So I played this Like 13 years ago, maybe more...it was a strategy game I think because you just selected a team, formations, líne up And then The matches were texts, like a description of The plays, I think it was more for premier league teams, I think even exclusively premier league teams. Do someone recognize this And can enlight me?

Sounds like Championship Manager, but it didn't come out for the Dreamcast...

GK Giant Killers is only soccer manager for Dreamcast in english. Sakatsuku - only Japan.

No idea. Not that into football, let alone football management.
And yes, the game's quite rare. But you can find it for a fair price if you're patient though.
It's one of those games where people sometimes just don't realize its value.
