SonicFan 254 is busy creating a Sonic Mania PC mod in the *style* of the Dreamcast Era. Check out the gameplay video-

After downloading I found I cannot burn this to a disc being it is not an ISO file.

I think this is a skin for the PC version
aka DavidHK on DC games.

Yikes sorry guys, honestly thought this was a Dreamcast beta but turns out it's a PC mod in the *style* of the Dreamcast era. Going to edit my original post accordingly.
