Dreamcast "Dreameye Check System"
I just came across this eBay listing for a specialized Dreamcast that I've never seen before. It appears to be made specifically to check the functionality of a Dreameye camera. I'm guessing it's just a stock VA0 Dreamcast with a special BIOS. Very interesting though. Can't find any reference to it anywhere online.
