Covers for PAL Crazy Taxi 2

I there,

Recently I have been buying Dreamcast disc only games from eBay as they are slightly cheaper and I also feel they deserve to be re-homed. I have cases and a good quality coloured laser printer.

Unfortunately I am having difficulty finding good quality PAL covers for Crazy Taxi 2.

Is anyone able to help? PM if you are able to email me scans or reply to this topic if you know of any links.
