ended up giving up on gaining access to my old pso character so started again, (just offline mode for now till i get a dreampi sorted at end of month).
I remember back in the day online on my dreamcast getting gifted a sonic MAG - think it was from a pc player. Is there anyway to get stuff like this while in offline mode?
I have the vmu disc with save stuff on but can't see anything like it.

There is no Sonic Mag. If you're thinking of Soniti, you can only really get it as a drop on the EP disc or during the Christmas event. Drop rates on the vanilla V2 disc are abysmal.
