It's a SDK made by @sizious, he has done an amazing done on it.
It's a very efficient tool quite friendly but if you don't know how a SDK works it will be very complicated to use it as any SDK.

Yes i use to for kos2.0 i use yet unreleased 3.0 version which i think he said be out sometime soon..

It's very nice if you want use new kos on windows.. it has something and quirks on setup that can confuse people but i use the command line once setup so does not worry me..
