Spawn arcade VMU connectivity?

Post by starlynxreborn »

I needed to ask this cause it's been driving me nuts for years. A while back I was researching what arcade games can connect to the VMU.
The main three I was looking at were Virtual ON, F355 and Spawn. However I haven't been able to find much information on Spawn's connectivity, what it entails, or if it has any at all. Was it exclusive to Japanese versions? I couldn't find anything in the us manual about it.

Here's where I got my info: https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/viewtopic.php?t=26535
