I installed Windows CE for Dreamcast SDK because I thought I could just use it on the PC without having an actual SDK... -.-

Now you can develop something for Dreamcast .

I don't have an SDK, and aparently if its not connected to the computer the compiler, tool, w/e that is wont work. -.-

Its easier to develop for the Dreamcast using the homebrew tools (like KallistiOS). Not to mention much more legal.

I wonder how many people are actually trying to make this work. And is it me, or everyone is just foccusing on System Shock?

There are almost no chances to make it work as it has no boot file ...
SS2 works on Katana Dev. Box !
