Found a way to open those broken Photobucket images for those interested...
Right click the pic and open it in a new tab. This takes you to the linked page on Photobucket. It'll load for what feels like forever, but eventually it'll show the same 'please update your account' picture. Right click that picture and open in a new tab. Tadààà, ze picture...

DreamPi she's dial-up simulator which is million times better than the real thing , plug and play
There's a chap here who's handing out (well for ship fee) line voltage inducers for PAL Dreamcast modems , er you could even pop in an NTSC modem into your Dreamcast unit I believe
