Need help getting online (using an emulator)

I’m trying to play Planet Ring online using an Retroarch on Android, but I’m having trouble.

I set the secondary DNS of my WiFi router to the necessary address, and forwarded the ports that are needed, but nothing is changed from before I applied the changes (all the tables still show up as full). Is there any way to fix this?

Nevermind, I can buy one of those DreamPi modems when I have a bit more cash.
