Btw regarding the serial and access key.
Does it matter from which region it is?
E.g. will a Japanese PSOv2 SNAK work?
Or does it have to match my Dreamcast which is currently set to PAL?

I believe cast's region has no bearing on SNAK you want, guesstimate is purchase a NTSC-U SNAK

As also Ives' CDIs are NTSC-U tailored to
