Is 9V LVI?

Can you do it in a another computer/laptop?

Your usb modem is freaking out after him start to dance and sing with dreamcast modem.

ok so sorry for forgetting to mention this. I do have a ntsc dreamcast that's running on 9v. I do not have another modem but could there be a way to ensure mine is still working. Finally with computer I can try another one to see what happens. Will report back with results

Try lower baud rate, like 38400

Find for 57600 and replace to 38400

I was having big issues with getting the modem to show up on PC-DC. The way I fixed it was by switching to virtualbox!

Even though it's a VM, use virtualbox! VMWare Workstation could not get the modem to show up. You could try HyperV, but i'm sure it would have the same issue.

I have returned after being gone for awhile. So my dc will not connect at all. I have tried another usb modem and pc to no results. im stumped at this point
